| 1. | Click here to download the 'Flash Uninstall Tool' |
| 2. | Now choose to 'Open' the file. |
| 3. | Next choose 'U.S. English'
and click 'OK' as shown below. |
| 4. | Now click 'Uninstall
>' to begin the uninstallation process. As shown below this will
close all browsers down. |

| 5. | After a couple of seconds
the success window will appear. Click 'OK' to complete the uninstallation. |

| 6. | Now open a browser and return to this page. |
| 7. | Now click here to download the correct version of the Flash Player. |
| 8 | Choose to 'Open' the file. |
| 9. | Click 'YES' when asked to overwrite any files. |
| 10. | Click
'OK' to complete the installation, please note the message should
say "succeeded" at the end. The text before "succeeded"
(as shown below) may not be exactly the same on your computer. |
