You may have an incorrect verison of the Macromedia Flash Player installed. Your version number is displayed above in bold text.

E.G. You Currently have Flash Player version WIN 6,0,29,0

If this number is not visible you do not have flash installed or you have a corrupted version of the flash player. Please continue with the following steps.

If you have a version number other than 6,0,23,0 or 6,0,29,0 you may experience problems when printing Flash documents. The following page contains instructions to rectify these problems. Please print this page then follow the steps shown below.

1. Click here to download the 'Flash Uninstall Tool'
2. Now choose to 'Open' the file.
3. Next choose 'U.S. English' and click 'OK' as shown below.



4. Now click 'Uninstall >' to begin the uninstallation process. As shown below this will close all browsers down.

 

5. After a couple of seconds the success window will appear. Click 'OK' to complete the uninstallation.
 




6. Now open a browser and return to this page.
7. Now click here to download the correct version of the Flash Player.
8 Choose to 'Open' the file.
9. Click 'YES' when asked to overwrite any files.
10. Click 'OK' to complete the installation, please note the message should say "succeeded" at the end. The text before "succeeded" (as shown below) may not be exactly the same on your computer.

 

11. Now return to the login page.
   

PLEASE NOTE:
Only if you encounter problems during this process click the following link which will take you to the Macromedia site, and download Macromedia's latest copy of the flash player. This will ensure that you have a non-corrupted version of the flash player.
